Refund policy

Tempi Designs are made to order. Our collections have grown in the many years we have been creating, so there are many, many products to choose from. We offer free exchange for the full value of your purchase if it is just not right for you when received. The exchange request must be done within 10 days of the receipt of your product. This does not apply to Custom Work. IF the product absolutely does not work for you, please send an email and we will work it out. TempiDesign@gmail.com
